"Bed was ok a new hotel due to pillows I woke up with a kink in my neck. Pool was normal and bread was a normal continental breakfast from a hotel. "

"They did not have a shuttle running from the airport to the hotel when I arrived. I booked this particular hotel because of the free shuttle so that was disappointing. The room was fairly clean, but when I arrived, the air had been turned off. It was very humid and took several hours to acclimate the rooms temperature to a comfortable setting. There was a bonus having a small refrigerator and small microwave , that did come in handy , since there were no restaurants walking distance. Overall, if...

"The breakfast was great. The rooms were great. The pool is filthy! A layer of oil on it. Bugs and hair everywhere, and its cold! There is no restaurant in it so you either go to a diferent hotel or a 15min drive to the mall and restraunts."

"Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. "The hotel was very quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard, nothing special. I’d easily stay there again, overall a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"We had to swap rooms. No elevator as this is a 2 story property. We found numerous problems. The pool is closed. There was an arcing cord to a lamp ton the TV credenza. No one had access to a working lamp, so I left it in the hall for safety reasons. It was never replaced, but no biggie. Tried to plug in a laptop near the dining table, but it wouldn't accept the plug into the outlet. Closer examination found a broken 120 "hot" side of a plug had broken inside the outlet.
