"Nice place but shows wear. Nice breakfast and courteous staff. Description should highlight that there is not an elevator so people with mobility problems can either request a first floor room or book somewhere else. At $70 a night I would stay there again."

"Very clean and nice hotel. In new condition. Check in staff was friendly and accommodating. Hostess with breakfast was very kind and attentive. We were excited to dine at then Canyon Grill located on property and made no other plans. We were very disappointed when we arrived to find it closed due to the “cook” not showing up! We scrambled to find dinner but did. Not many options in town. "

"There was a terrible smell in the hallway on floor 3. It wasn’t in our room but was overwhelming in the hallway & elevator "

Front desk clerk upon checkout told me since I booked through Expedia she couldn’t give me a receipt and I had to get from Expedia, however, Expedia website says since I paid at the facility I would get a receipt from the hotel. Also would like to see a small dog run since pets allowed, they need a space. "

"I booked a two queen bed room and was given a king bed. Staff was not helpful at all. My gf and son had to sleep on a pull out coach. The staff was awful. "

"Cabins are small and fairly “cozy”. The cabins are actually two cabins in one so if you don’t have both booked, you may have a neighbor on the other side of the door. Very quiet though and had everything we needed for two days at Bryce."
