Only complaints would be not having an elevator to load luggage upstairs, luckily staff was able to swap for same style room available downstairs. (If you have a ton to carry). Last would be that the lodge was not open for dinner due to staffing shortage they said. "Cozy & warm accommodation. There’s a parking available right in front of the cabin for easy access. The room’s interior gives a homely vibe vs hotel but it’s very clean. Room comes with amenities like fridge, coffee maker & microwave oven. Pillows can be slightly larger be great, else all good. Thank you for wonderful stay!"

"Sauberes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, nettes Personal. Für 4$ kann man seine Wäsche waschen und trocknen. Whirlpool ist das ganze Jahr durchgehend geöffnet. Die Betten waren mir etwas zu weich aber das ist Geschmacksache. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist ok und bietet amerikanisches Essen. "

"The staff was wonderful nice the rooms were clean and overall I couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else especially for our last-minute check-in"

"Breakfast menu ok but needed more fresh fruit. I tried asking one of the maids a question and she did not speak english. That should be a requirement. Outdoor fireplaces were awesome. The outdoor furniture and tables needed to be cleaned. Front desk staff was nice and easy to work with but did not ask if I wanted any upgrades (I am a Marriott rewards member) nor did they ask me if I wanted bottles of water when I checked in. I did use the fitness center and it was clean."

"These cabins are really nice. The bunk beds were resonably comfortable, though I would have liked better pillows. The one thing that detracted from the stay is that there are so many lights in the complex that It definitely was nowhere near dark in the front room. They didn't have blackout curtains, so there was twilight-level light in the room all night."

"No hot water for the first two and a half days. Strong musty smell in our room. Staff were friendly and apologetic but no manager was on the property and when contacted did not show."
