"The staff was friendly, doing their best with upgrades and construction. The cabinet upgrades and color schemes were nice. Electrical upgrades for phone chargers were a great improvement. I had two rooms. One of the rooms had a faulty heater that poured out cold air...the lamp nearest the hvac unit did not work. The soap dispenser in the bathrooms are too low and need to be brought up to near eye level! The mattress pads on the beds were horrible and need to be updated!"

"Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in.."

"Cozy & warm accommodation. There’s a parking available right in front of the cabin for easy access. The room’s interior gives a homely vibe vs hotel but it’s very clean. Room comes with amenities like fridge, coffee maker & microwave oven. Pillows can be slightly larger be great, else all good. Thank you for wonderful stay!"

"Room was well decorated and had an interesting ceiling, but felt small. AC unit did not work well. We ended up leaving the window open all night, so we could sleep somewhat comfortably. The mattress either needs flipped or replaced. There was a large bump in the middle. Lots of pillows to choose from, so it was nice to have one that fit each of our thickness preferences. Breakfast was different! We had to ask the gentleman, who was delivering our food, if he could wipe the table off. There...
