"Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in.."

"Nice breakfast and very clean property. The only problem is that only one high chair for babies in the restaurant area (where breakfast is served), which is a problem when 2 families with babies eat at the same time. So I am not sure if the restaurant is family friendly. "

"We had a wonderful stay in St George, Utah. The staff is especially helpful and friendly. Our 2 days of free time for touring before a wedding, we’re outstanding after all of the suggestions from desk staffer, April. The Inn was clean and comfortable in all areas. Breakfast had a daily menu with plenty of options. We were impressed when we noticed the charity fundraiser opportunity. We would love to stay there again!"

"It's a nice hotel, however it is looking its age, so expect rust on the light fittings in the bathroom and slight damage in your bedroom. The AC unit in our room was incredibly loud both in cool and heat mode and kept waking us up, otherwise it was good stay. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is a basic but good start to the day. Sadly, during our stay the hotel had to bring in pest control for an issue in our neighbour's room, we assumed it was solved as we didn't see or hear any other...

"Quel établissement. Le cadre est splendide. La propriétaire est charmante, sympa et plein de conseils. Les chambres sont jolies et la vue incroyable. Un petit paradis sur terre. Le seul bémol est la literie avec un lit 2 places un peu petit. Mis à part ça, c’est un pur bonheur et je n’ai qu’une envie, revenir à Hatch, au Riverside Ranch"

"2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great."

"We loved the comfortable beds as well as the briquette bbq to cook our steak dinner. To top off a perfect night a huge fire ring to enjoy the evening under the stars. Very quiet as well for a peaceful sleep- we plan to come back and recommend to others."

"This place is, for sure, a little gem we came across with and were delighted to have found it. The cabin was super clean, modern and very cute. It had very comfortable beds and the peace and tranquility around the area was noticeable. The hostess was very friendly and invited us to s'mores around a fire pit with good conversation. We would definitely go back if we were around the area."

"Our stay was excellent. I even accidentally left my jacket hanging in the closet in our room. I didn't realize it until hours after check out. I called and the staff was on it! Luckily we were still in the area. The front desk lady located my jacket and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Which I was very grateful for since it was pretty cold that day, especially for Hurricane! The hotel was very clean and well taken care of which I really appreciate!"
