"Friendly greeting at the check-in. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Carpet and building are old. Breafast was lacking but had waffles, plain bagels, cereal, eggs. Dispite the breakfast and aged parts it was a good deal. Might stay again. "

"Spotless, comfy and up to date. Breakfast nice with good coffee and juice plus all the hot items. Appreciated the extra safety precautions like individually wrapped breads and fruit. AC worked well and easy to control. Traveling alone and felt safe. Staff polite. Routinely stay in Comforts and have not stayed in one better."

"It was great that this is right next to the Ford Center. Parking was easy. Room was very clean & well stocked. The staff at the front desk was amazing! So friendly & helpful. The only thing was there is no refrigerator in the room. We had pizza delivered & had to throw away the leftovers but we will definitely stay here again."

"People were slamming doors. The refrigerator in room 324 made a loud clicking noise and woke me several times during the night. I am a semi-light sleeper. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean."

"Great location, several big name stores and restaurants within 5 miles or less. If you are looking for a basic hotel, reasonable price, clean and quiet for sleeping, this fits the bill. Not a luxury hotel. Remodel is nice but i didnt like laundry scent on sheets/pillows."

"Positive: Friendly staff, quick check-in Negative: Overall, clean room however, bathroom shower had mold/mildew. Also, we felt rushed to check out. Housekeeping came into the room at 9:30am to see if we were out. Also, we came from out of town and didn't know anything about the area. I was surprised that the front desk staff didn't know anything either. Both persons said they were new to the area and didn't know where anything was at either. We didn't get any welcome gift if were supposed...
