"Wonderful new hotel in the Dells! We enjoyed the pool and arcade everyday. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was still learning procedures but I have no doubt that will come in time. We will be back!"

"Clean room, great location, friendly Staff."

"Room was spacious and clean and we stayed in the suite. Downfall to our room was that wifi never worked. Even after reporting it to two different staff nothing could be done after the reset their router. Staff were nice. They did call to check-in and see how are stay was going. The hot tub had what felt like sand at the bottom which was odd. Also lots of floating hair so that was gross. Our kids enjoyed the pool on the 4th floor.
