"This was our first experience staying at The Heathman Hotel. It is stunning inside and we had a Wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely stay there again."

"The bathroom is too small. The toilet is half way the door. The sink is like a salad bowl size. There’s barely any space for your own stuff. The hotel charges 28 dollars for something you don’t really need, such as 5-6 pm happy hour beer, etc. They don’t have anything except for a bar of soap. The most most horrible thing is the flush sound of the toilet. You can hear your next door neighbor flushing so clearly and loudly that it can wake you up in the middle of the night."

"The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway in a quiet area, away from the busy downtown core. For a hotel that is over 100 years old, it has been well maintained and is in good condition. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and the bathtub drains slowly while showering. There are also some signs of wear in the room, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future."

"Staff service (from front desk to parking) is great. The property, however, is dated. The room doesn't look as clean and modern as in the picture - windows are a bit blurry; bathroom sinks have dark spots not cleaned; room/carpet have fragrance that is heavy as if to cover some previous old/bad smell. The bed is comfortable otherwise."

"We've stayed at Sentential several times over the years and never tire of the stately architecture and level of original construction quality. Service is always good to excellent, though few will appreciate the additional $65 per day cost associated with valet parking (the nearest public parking lot is subject to frequent break-ins) or the $29 per day charge for 'Guest Amenity Fee'. (FYI: On our last visit, the cost of valet parking for three days on the street outside the hotel totaled...

"Carpet in rooms and halls is badly stained and looks dirty. Parking is tight and limited had to wait for so.e one to leave to be able to park. Staff was friendly especially Allison! Would probably not stay again for the price their are several nicer options."

"It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience."
