"I am a native from the area and when there are family functions going on my husband and I LOVE staying at the Lodge!! We are only 1hr 15min away but its such a nice home away from home and always so welcoming!! The guy at the front desk we dealt with during our stay was A++++.. keep him forever and give him a raise bc he is FANTASTIC!! Hope to see him next time we check in!! If your looking at reviews... BOOK YOUR ROOM!!! YOU WILL ♥️♥️♥️"

"Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too.
My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight."

"The hotel itself was great. Water was warm at best In the shower. You could hear just about everything. Took forever to go to sleep because it sounded like a party above us."

"If you come to this area and need a hotel, COME HERE! I cant say enough great things about the hotel itself, the staff, breakfast etc! The staff are really what makes it so nice to stay at though! The girls here are so sweet and genuinely amazing people. I would give it 100 stars if I could!"
