"This place had every opportunity to be a 5 star hotel. Pool/hot tub and breakfast were great!! The room was very nice and a great size for my family of 5. But... the animal pee smell in the hallways on our floor was horrible. The elevators worked only a small portion if our stay [which i do understand that may be out of the hotels control until service can be done] but the fact they had outside doors open to where anyone off of the streets could enter into the stairwell and onto any floor...

"The public areas especially the staircase going to the upstairs as well as the hallway downstairs are grimey and dark. The actual room was wonderfully clean, beddings were crisp and clean. AC worked amazing The staff were wonderful, top notch customer service. I was put off by the outside appearance as well as public areas but the room was a complete surprise in a good way. I just didn't care for the brown tile in the shower could not bring myself to walk into it. Other than that I would...

"Well worth the stay. The rooms were spotless — cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this hotel exceeded expectations. It also looks like the motel was recently renovated; the rooms feel very updated, and the bathroom practically shines from being so clean. I usually bring slippers to wear in hotel rooms because I can imagine what’s on the carpet or floors, but the luxury vinyl flooring here was so clean and comfortable that I actually felt fine being barefoot — which is a first for me...

"Our room face directly to the road and the Popeyes across the street on the first floor. The door was not sealed well and we could hear noise from traffic and from other ppl's conversation. These noises woke us up at 6 am. I couldnt have enough sleep"

"This is not an Inn even that it’s called so. They don’t provide any breakfast or food. The only thing they have is hot water in the office and their office is closed on the staff lunch hours or some other hours."

"The hotel is super modern, tech-forward, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are definitely small but brilliantly designed with a massive, ultra-comfortable bed. The art-filled lobby has an amazing vibe and the location is perfect for walking to Grand Central Market. Would absolutely stay here again!"
