"Overall decent stay. Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor during each use and the issue was never fixed or addressed properly. Nothing towels can’t fix. Stains on most of the linens but not unheard of for these types of properties. Room service must be requested before 11:00 AM but if you request it at 10:52 you are denied, told that it must be requested before 11:00. The location was good and it was nice to be slightly tucked away from the street. On site staff were friendly. AC worked great. Lots of things near by within reasonable walking distance. For the room itself, one of those you get what you pay for situations. "

"Quick 1nt stay- Would not have booked another night. Pros: allowed early check-in, 2 blocks from Central (train) station, cheap, room was very dated but pretty clean. Cons: hotel exterior, interior, halls, carpet… were bad. The shower had a trickle of hot water and a slow drain. No amenities"

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."
