"Our stay was great except for a smell that we had in the room. We let front desk know and they tried to locate it. No luck finding it. They did offer to switch rooms but we were already half way through our trip. Let front desk know the smell was there when we left but not sure if they are gonna take care of it. The front desk person didnt really seem to care and didnt even apologize. Besides that it was a great stay. "

"Convenient to Yellowstone . Located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Lobby has a western theme with stuffed wildlife. Recommend it for your stay."

"It was a very clean hotel. You walk in the room and it smells like bleach and sheets and bedding is crisp white. Everyone was so nice. The only issue is we were on 1st floor and right above us had to be at least 2 rooms of kids that were unsupervised because they ran and yelled and stomped all night. I had to call and report a couple of times but it didn’t help. "

"Overnight stay, convenient within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was VERY noisy late into the night, with lots of doors slamming and running in the halls, bumping into walls. Doors all close very loudly."

"Friendly staff, decent rooms and breakfast. It was a nice place to stay, although it did feel like an older hotel. Most things still seemed well kept up. There were just a lot of tiny things that kept it from 5 stars: bathroom door handles looked like they were installed 30 years ago (same design, and had the wear and tear); in room fridge had a harder time closing. Would be willing to stay there next time going to Yellowstone, although might shop around again first."

"If I could give this property higher than excellent I would. From the staff to the cleanliness to the decor, it is perfect. The rooms are large and have everything you could want including a microwave, small refrigerator and a sitting area. Can’t recommend enough! "
