10/10 Excellent

"We took our 4 year old grandson and had a great time. The property was clean, the staff was helpful, the resort is very family friendly and we had so much fun at the pools. We are hoping to be back next year with the whole family!"

"Room with 3 beds was great. I don't think they were true queen beds though. The pool was always clean and nice size. Breakfast was the exact same everyday and decent. I wish there were fresh fruit options, yogurt or bacon though. They only had water out at breakfast one day. Overall close to everything we wanted to do."

"We loved the outdoor pool option, but it was nice they have an indoor option as well. Main complaints I have. 1. The layout is confusing with 2 different buildings and how to get from one to the other and then to the lobby because it is setup on a hill and the floors don’t line up. 2. The free continental breakfast felt cheap. It seemed like the workers had to bring the food from home as there was a crock pot for the sausage gravy and the biscuits were in a wicker basket covered with aluminum foil. There was only OJ for juice and it was on a clear pitcher that I feel they made using frozen concentrate as it tasted watered down. There was a waffle maker. I would suggest the $7.99 buffet. Overall it served its purpose and it held our family of 6 just fine. I did like the 3 queen bed room, but it doesn’t have much maneuverability."

"We were pretty satisfied with the hotel. The only problem was that there was no hot water. The shower and the bathroom faucet got warm at best. I heard some other guests say they had the same issue so it wasn’t just our rooms. My kids did love being able to swim in the outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool because it kept raining on and off so they would have to switch between both pools. The breakfast was really good, although it is unfortunate that you have to pay for it. We purchased ours at the front desk so it was only $7 dollars per person though. All in all, it was a good hotel for the price and we would stay again if we go to Springfield."
