"The night clerk, Benni, was a delight with a friendly smile and efficient skills. On the bad side, our bathroom mirror appeared clean until the shower steamed up the room. Next hotel, I will check this out first. This hotel was great 4 years ago. It seems to have gone downhill since."

"Nice, spacious, clean rooms. They need more staff on in the morning. One guy was preparing and serving the breakfast and running the front desk. He couldn't keep up."
