"It looked like areas of the room has just had things redone. There was dirt footprints in the bathroom, but overall it was clean. There was a $250 deposit, and when checking out, the lady at the front desk went to my room to "check" it before I could check out. My daughter and I literally only slept in the room for one night. I don't think we will be back just because of the $250 deposit. "

However, carpet and furnishings in halls and in guest rooms were old, tired, and worn. TV was fair and audio was jumbled. Fridge provided but no microwave in room. HVAC unit cooled the room OK, but it was rather noisy. Breakfast was served in buffet line and was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. All that said, the price was...

"Comfortable room and clean. We like the location and the breakfast. There were a few issues, but we will stay here again. Bath water was only luke-warm. Only one of our two key cards worked. Went to the desk two or three times to get it fixed, but it never did work. Neither card worked at the side door. Only one of the two elevators works. Other than that it was a good stay for us. "

"Our stay was great! The property is VERY nice and the staff were all very friendly! The only thing that we didn’t like was that the blankets/sheets were visibly dirty. I wish we got a picture, but they had yellow stains on them and we were disappointed in that. Good thing we brought our own blankets! Overall, it was a great stay!"
