"All of the staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the TV in our room but we able to switch to a new room quickly and without any issue. The location was good and close to the stadium (we were there for the JSU game) and everything was pretty clean and well kept."

"The room was spotless and perfect, with everything in order. The only incident was a smoke bomb that was set off during an event. That being said, the attendant Tabitha handled it like a champ for all of the concerned customers. My hat is off to you for having employees like her on duty when there is a crisis situation"
