"Property seems a bit tired. The grounds require maintenance. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Service received on check-in was disappointing. Was advised that restaurant was closed on both nights of our stay with no explanation ( usually open every night and sign out on road was still advertising it). When asked for an alternative recommendation answer was “ whatever you can find open” . I guess we were travelling during non-peak tourist season but the response wasn’t help promote the town!"
"Room was nice and mine faced the harbour, so view was great. Location was good too I reckon with places I wanted to visit. Amenities in room were sufficient, some basic toiletries were not available.
Service from staff can be improved. Im both a Hilton and Marriott Bonvoy Gold account holder. Any Marriott chain hotel would accord me the appropriate level of service. I didn't get a whiff of it here, not as a Gold account holder and definitely not as a regular guest."
"From the easy check in, to going to the room that was clean and tidy and spacious. I couldn't fault anything. Even the bed was comfortable. The location was very close to the beach with great walking paths along the foreshore. would recommend this resort to others."
