"Room was ok - bedside lights didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work, we woke up every morning congested, the pull out bed (for our kiddo) was terrible, the room only had 2 towels.. we booked this hotel as it said it was really family and kid friendly but the rooms have sliding barn doors for the bathroom and so our two year old was constantly slamming that door open and closed (we tried to block the door but it was hard to keep him away). Overall we also found the room quite small. In future we will probably book elsewhere"

"After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. As a former housekeeping supervisor, I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be unacceptable. The room appeared disheveled, and the bathroom was notably unclean. This experience was particularly disappointing, as it is the first time I have encountered such conditions at a Holiday Inn, where I have consistently had positive stays in the past."
