"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We had a two bedroom suite for 2 couples who have traveled together for 35 years and there was enough room for all of us. The rooms are pretty basic but the star of the show is the Everglades themselves. There is minimal closet space and storage but enough for our needs. There is no TV but you’re not here to watch TV. Go outside!"

"I listen to the reviews and didn’t go on a Saturday thank goodness I did because Saturday was over crowded. The hotel is 100% for the kids, the children enjoyed themselves, I plan to take them back during the summer. We stayed Thursday and Friday our check out was Saturday, even though check in was at 4pm we made it there around 12pm and I room was ready . "A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."
