"This place was amazing. We reserved the room with a balcony/gulf view. Well worth the extra cost. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. This place provided lots of extra items like beach chairs, towels, umbrella, utensils to use for their on-site bbq grills. Communication was very prompt. They let us know in advance the elevator was not working. There is a security person available for after hours to assist. We a dolphin and stingray off the beach! We will definitely stay here...

"It was quiet but not much around the property. Called the frog hop several times but the free transportation did not come pick me up but I assume It was due to traveling alone. "

"We loved everything about this property. Location, proximity to the beach and shops downtown Venice. The pool was great with excellent water views. We also rented e bikes right from the front desk. To top it off we got a check in Matia! We will be back for sure"

"The apartment was updated and lovely. Gorgeous views, balcony off living room and bedroom. Efficiently laid out and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with equipment. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub great. Flippers restaurant delicious. Construction nearby means walking to the beach isn’t exactly allowed. "

"Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space. "

The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well! "
