"The vibe was so calm and relaxing. The breakfasts had a huge variety of food, and were tasty. The beds were less firm than usual Portuguese standards, but quite firm by UK standards. The pool was a delightful respite from daily life and as it was quiet, we often had the whole space to ourselves. The staff were lovely. The local town was a bit quiet, and developing in tourism. "The room is spacious and has lovely views. Unfortunately; it was not as clean as we had expected. The resort is lovely but tired and in need of maintenance and touch ups. I would definitely rate it as four stars, not five. The staff are lovely."

"The outdoor pool was large and accessible. The breakfast was plentiful and also included a hot breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was a family friendly hotel. Rooms were clean. Slightly outdated hotel but we enjoyed our stay. Would return. Good car parking. Reception is 24 hour apparently."
