Comfort Inn & Suites Gulf Shores East Beach near Gulf State Park

4/10 Poor

"Room 501 Bathroom sink leaked we constantly had to tell the Workers. They said they fixed it and didn’t. Room vent has mold. A lot of the furniture was in rough condition. The breakfast and pool was decent. You get NO room service so we constantly had to go from the 5th floor down to get towels and toilet paper. I asked the cleaners if they would please take our trash and they said yes and never did. We had to go buy trash bags to be able to put our trash. We paid $2K for a 2 star hotel. It was very disappointing and if I could have gotten a refund and went somewhere else we would have. I would not recommend staying here!"

"The rooms are very spacious, nicely laid out with lots of places to plug in electronics. The staff were very nice. If I would add anything, it would be more protein choices for the breakfast. Other Quality Inns have had eggs and bacon or sausage and biscuits. If they had it where I stayed, I must have missed it."

"What a delightful surprise. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautiful facility with a great bar. The staff was amazing and ready with a smile. The room was well-appointed and the bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed our stay."
