Hotel Spa di Southside

"I would never mention this place to nobody - my husband was coming from out of town for the evening and the lady was rude as hell/ gave me ugly looks and mention a 50 deposit where nowhere it is mentioned when booking and when I Told her nm I am not staying she literally threw my id at me ! Poor attitude and lazy to take care of the customers ! I wouldn’t recommend this place over my dead momma body that’s how rude she was !!!"

"Very nice people. No amenities like coffee pot, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner in your room. Also stayed for two days and no one came to clean room empty trash or replenish towels."

"Nice then I expected. Rooms were super clean and breakfast was so good"

"Ez check in and out friendly staff quite area lots to do and places to eat in this area .nicely priced and not to far from downtown we love it"

"En general bien, la ubicación muy bien, el personal muy atentos. Ha mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones."

"Good breakfast"

"We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10"

"The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer"

"Terrible! Dirty, room was covered in dog hair and there were mice running in the ceilings. Construction worked at random hours and was very inconvenient!"

"Parking lot does not smell the best"
