"Horrible!!. Let’s say that the better thing was the staff and the room that they gave us wasn’t set up. The place is full of running water and broken doors. Is not clean and has garbage in every single corner. The smell was horrible. The environment was so bad that we didn't feel safe."

"I’ve stayed at this property in the past with no issues. However this stay was different. The room had a heavy mildewed smell and when I woke the next morning to shower there was no hot water. I let it run for an extended period from both the sink and bath. It was lukewarm at best. I spoke to the front desk at checkout. I was told there was no maintenance personnel available to even address the issue. No attempt to even address the issue was made. The location is good for my visits to...

"The Hotel front desk staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. There was just one lady that worked in the breakfast area that always had a mean look and wasn’t very welcoming. More like looking over peoples shoulders while getting their food. She even got mad at some gentleman."

Bypassing customers waiting to be acknowledged and they looked flustered as if they did not know what they were doing, forgetting orders and giving incorrect orders to customers. "I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking.
