"Ok I normally don't write reviews, but this time I can't help it. The air conditioning sucked it didn't blow out the least bit of kool air let alone cold air. The room was dirty it looked like it hadn't been mopped in a year. The bathroom had a whole in the wall above the towel rack that was just open and the nats was so bad especially in the bathroom. went to pick up our food from the restraunt that's right next door got back to the room bout to eat and I took the lid off the cheese dip turned my head long enough to put chips on my gbabys plate and I go to grab the cheese dip and there was already nats in it. The lamps didn't have any bulbs in them at all except for one and the one lamp that did have a bulb shocked the **** out of me. The staff was okay and had no issues with the parking "

"The check in made me think i had entered a hotel where safely was a concern. We rented 2 rooms and each room had to show ID. We only had a small curved glass opening on a flat counter to pas paperwork through. Made me uncomfortable as a single room occupant even with my friend sleeping next door."

"Breakfast at all the Tru by Hilton hotels(I have stayed in many is suboptimal and disappointing-eggs looked terrible and non palatable). Furnishings are spartan but adequate. Unless price is low I would choose alternative lodging. Cheaper hotel I stayed in odessa Texas had an excellent breakfast. This chain can do better "

"First stay at a Candlewood and we were very impressed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good sized room with a good kitchen layout. TV was simple to use. Fantastic coffee machines in the foyer with great coffee. Zero sound in the room so had a great sleep. Will definitely stay at Candlewood again. Alsp bacon for breakfast was awesome. "

"I was expecting to be able to swim but the pool was out of order and had been for several months. This should have been divulged so that I could have chosen a different property. He treadmill in the gym did not work. The weightlifting system was missing a bench and had a folding chair replacing it in the room. I had to go downstairs and request cleaning products so I could clean the headboard on the beds and all the surfaces by time I finish cleaning the surfaces the towel that I use was trash. It would never be clean again. The heat temperature on the main floor was unable to be regulated by the staff. The key they had to this thermostat did not work so the dining area was quite warm. My thoughts about this property was I need to get a reef partial refund for this day. It was ridiculous. "
