"The positives: This was my first experience in a rental. I was very impressed with the effort that was put forth by the owner. I rented a studio, which was quite large. The kitchen appliances were all full size and appeared to be brand new and of excellent quality. There was plenty of closet space and a huge king sized bed with a significant number of quality pillows. The bath was ample sized and included a new subway tile bathtub/ shower combo.
