"A great location. Super friendly staff not just at check in. A welcoming lounge area, clean rooms and quiet! Lounge has 24 hr beverage station and huge variety of snacks for sale. Also games and pool table. Very convenient to Tamarack and New River Gorge attractions. Breakfast was well stocked and easily accessed even when the hotel was full. Highly recommend. "

"Once we finally were able to get in correct room, was very clean and comfortable. Had come down 3 times for a key, 2nd time it let us in a room that was occupied. And when you have driving all day, the last thing you want is to deal with this. Only one person early evening, and she was always on the phone."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast, tv and WiFi worked great, plenty of hot water for shower, and very comfortable beds. BUT, the cleaning crew seems to think cleaning the tub/shower, putting in clean towels, and changing the bedding is all there is to cleaning the room. Sugar spilled on the desk. Dirt on the floor. Significant layer of dust on the shelf under the sink (which they have seen if they had put the hair dryer back in its bag. And the drain in the tiling didn’t work so hard to bathe...
