Hotel Romantik di Virginia Selatan

"The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...

"The house was beautiful, John was very friendly and helpful - he worked with us to make a change in our schedule at the last minute, much appreciated. Our room was very comfortable. We plan to return."

"Grounds and location are good. In obvneed of refresh, and non streaming television. Darby's restaurant on premises is ok, No specials or refresh of menu."

"This was an overnight stop on our road trip. The hotel was very convenient to I85. The only issue was the water pressure at the bathroom sink. Shower wanter pressure was excellent. The room was large and well equipped. First time stay at a Fairfield Inn. Will highly consider staying other Fairfield Inns in the future."

"gave me the wrong room i ask for a room over looking the lake i got a room of the back of the bldg"

"The Bee was amazing. Highly recommend!"

"My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating."

"If you don’t mind constant highway noise and a couple of train whistles in the middle of the night, the room was fine. Shower could have been cleaned better- hair and soap residue. Shower door would not stay closed. But bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. I tried to request a room not facing the highway but…didn’t work out."

"Showed up to check in at 7:30 pm. Fire department was on site due to a gas leak in the building. Told the manager that we weren’t comfortable checking in and wanted to cancel our reservation and get a refund because we could smell gas in the lobby. Other customers were experiencing the same issue. We were told there was no issue and we would not be able to get a refund because we booked through Expedia. We checked in and left for dinner. Returned later that evening and found that the room...

"Staff was amazing. Carol was very kind and friendly. We arrived very late and she had our room all ready and welcomed us with cheerful smiles eventhough it was almost 11pm. Food was great and staff was very responsive when we needed something. Parking is great too. We will stay there again."

"This hotel needs updating! Furniture is unserviceable my sofa had a huge tear in it and management laughed about it saying everybody let's them know about it! Really? Leave it there so everyone knows you don't care about what customers see in your motel? Carpet thoroughly disgusting in stains and smells up the room. The mattress was below par for comfort and the cooling system was noisy while running! QUALITY IS NOT HERE! This motel occupancy rate is totally due to CHEAP RATE IT ADVERTISES!"
