"I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+."

"Parking was available and easy, and it felt safe. "I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!"

"Every employee was incredibly friendly, even if only passing us in the foyer or hallways. Stacy, the operations manager, was especially engaging, knowledgeable and helpful as we were deciding what to do for dinner and what events and venues were worth visiting. We took all of her suggestions and were thrilled when she was spot-on across the board, from Ye Olde Tavern to the syrup-making tour at Dutton’s to the Vermont Country Store. She’s an asset to your operations."
