"Breakfast was crap"

"We loved our stay! Everyone was very polite and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. We will come back in the future. 10/10. The pool and hot tub was the best we have ever experienced. Such a great place to stay."

"We wouldn't even shower there. Our tub was a jetted tub, I could see build up in the jet.... so we passed. This place needs updating so very badly. "

"Clean rooms"

"This is a fun place for kids. The only downside was it felt a bit crowded with the cabins so close to eachother. It didnt feel very private, which I value. Others may not mind. The cabin was nice, clean, comfy. Bed was just ok, but the sofa bed was better than most for the kids 👍 The small indoor pool/hottub was still totally fun for us and the kids. The area around the resort is very busy, and we went during off season! We did not find an affordable dinner for our large family. All restaurants around there are just too overpriced ($15 chicken tenders is too much for one kiddo) So we opted for going to the grocery store in town for roasted chicken and deli sushi. (That is nothing to do with the resort, but maybe a tip for another family while in the area) "

"hidden parking fees upon arrival. Carpet in the room had wine stains and was in general poor condition. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Most staff were nice. Management was unsympathetic to my grievance about hidden parking fees preferred to blame issue on Expedia. Both need to revisit fee transparency. "

"Everything was great. But I was told the pool was heated but it was really cold. Other than that everything was perfect."
