"We enjoyed our one night stay in Glenwood Springs. The inn was perfect for us. We had a top row room on the very end, which was nice we could sit out on the porch in the chairs and relax watching the tram cars slowly ascend and descend. The room was clean and the breakfast perfect!"

"Very crowded room. One bed sat so close to the AC unit, a person couldn't get by. Drains of bathtub and nearby sink smelled of mold.
Under the bedspread of both beds were fine particles of sand which we swept away so we could sleep.
I would rate this motel a 1.5, and only used if all others in Rock Springs are unavailable."
"Expedia put the room slept 5 on the website but it only had beds for 4. The motel told us it was Expedias fault not theirs and refused to allow us to get a refund to go somewhere else. Expedia also refused to refund us the room. We ended up being forced to get a second room by the staff at the motel with no discount. Apparently sleeping on the floor is exceptable to them for a 5th bed. Rather than pay them for a second room we put my aunt up in a much better hotel across the street. I will never...
