"A fantastic stay at Canyon Lodge inside Yellowstone. The location is truly special — you're right in the heart of the park with nature all around you. Rooms were well-maintained and clean, staff were welcoming and attentive. A memorable experience we'll treasure. Would absolutely return!"

"It always confuses me when a hotel doesn’t service guest rooms regularly. For instance, there was one very small wastebasket in the bathroom. No where else. There was a kitchenette in our small suite and we made coffee every morning with a drip coffee maker. The only place to throw the coffee grounds was in the bathroom wastebasket. It seems silly that we need to take grounds and everything else to the bathroom to throw away. The wastebasket was not large enough and needed emptying daily. I had to request that daily. Also, I want clean towels daily. I had to request these daily. Please! Just service the suite daily. Our bed was made for us one day out of four. That’s ok. I don’t need clean sheets but I do want clean towels and the garbage collected daily without my requesting it. Thank you!"
