"Hotel had great view of the mountains. Loved it. The problem I had was that I called the front desk from my room phone and kept getting a busy signal. This lasted for 3 days. Also, the busy signal occurred with the Luna restaurant. I had to call from my cell phone to get either place."

"Basic hotel, nice for a night or two"

"The room was very old and run down. Smelled like mold, water damage in the bathroom. The doors were covered in dirt. Key card kept not working and had to get it reset multiple times. Was not told that the slide to the pool wouldn’t be open until 5. That was a disappointment. "

"The staff was welcoming and eager to help with everything. They clearly care about doing an excellent job and it made the whole visit more enjoyable."
