"The hotel is an older hotel, however it is really taken care of and very comfortable. Our room was large, bed was comfy and the pillows were wonderful too. There are cute animals made out of the washcloths and hand towels. A cute addition for your stay. The breakfast was pretty satisfying. Something for everyone. Hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cearals both hot and cold, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Will definitely stay there again when in the...

"Breakfast was fine. Pancakes were just sitting on a platter so everyone who went down the line, were able to get their germs on them, maybe make sure they are in a covered container. "

"Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel."

"The hotel was nicely located to stores and restaurants. However, the evening attendant was sleeping when we tried to check in. In addition, the room itself was not kept up. The tub was chipping and looked unclean. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. In addition, the headboard and remote had grit on it. Luckily I bring lysol wipes wherever I go.
