"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"Checking in was horrible staff was so rude. Clearly she was having a bad day! Room was hot a/c clearly wasn’t working but we were too scared to say anything because staff was so rude at check in. We just got in and out quickly. Won’t be back to this double tree"

"I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me."
