"I had several concerns about the facility. First, accessing the free Wifi adverstised was difficult, if you're not super computer literate. The hotel is obviously promoting its Hilton Honors' alternative. Second, NO cleaning service was provided during my three nights at the facility. This was particularly disturbing after I called this to the attention of the person at the desk and asked for a cleaning and vacuuming after I killed a roach coming out from under my bed. Other matters need to be reconsidered by management. The absence of fruit options other than two types of apples (all I saw during my stay) is highly unusual. And, lastly, the options in the little shop were pretty pathethic if you want a late night snack. I had contemplated being a regular visitor, as I have a brother living a few miles away. I highly doubt I will return."

"Booked on Expedia. Front counter staff could see but not access reservation. Made a new reservation with counter staff on the spot— she was apparently new and very confused. We were fully charged for both reservations—- 1 person, 1 night, 2 rooms, $300+. When we received our credits card statement, we tried to dispute through Expedia and the hotel denied the dispute."
