The check-in process was the easiest I have seen in a long time. The room was welcoming as was the lodge. The pool area was well kept for the use we saw there. Great for an overnight stay with a good breakfast. It was off-season so I assume they have more available in high season. Although, I was traveling with no kids and did not check out the recreation room and other offers.

This was such a great place to stay! It was clean, a short drive to Holiday World, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was delicious. The vending machines being right by our room was a major plus! We will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Nice staff and great location. Pool had wet towels all over, left overnight. Deck needs major work, as wood is warped and splintering, nails coming up.

Rooms were clean but outdated. Pool area needs attention! Expected a little nicer for the $$$ Close to amusement park. You are able to see fireworks every night from hotel. Lots of family’s, felt very safe. Morning breakfast was awesome.

Clean room. comfortable bed. courteous helpful staff . No fridge in room. Trouble with tv volume some channels fuzzy. Small bathroom low toilet great hot water and water pressure. Breakfast sparsely stocked basically waffles and cold cereal. No bread products or bagels to toast. But we did stay post peak season

The place was extremely clean and homey. The staff were exceptionally friendly and outgoing to make sure guests are comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here if be in Santa Clause, Indiana.

We had such an amazing stay here. Our daughter loved the option of having an indoor and outdoor pool. The front lobby is decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. The breakfast was delicious and we liked how it was served until 10 am. Can't wait to stay here in the future !

First timers but would stay again

Stayed in a family suite. Water and shower were hot. Room is dated but very clean. Beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast lady was a pleasure to talk to and breakfast area was kept very clean. Coffee was good. Would stay there again.

The property is dated which accounts for part of its charm, I could see this from the images before I arrived. I chose Santa’s lodge for it’s location and that it was Christmas themed.

My son is 11 and LOVES to fish! And swim! The pond is great!!! The two pools makes enough room for everyone. It was a fabulous place to stay with entertainment right there. And the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!! Next time with the older ones and grandkids. Loved it
