"Lovely hotel with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I highly recommend paying a little extra for a Lake View room; waking up to panoramic views of the lake and volcanoes was unforgettable. The room itself was huge, very spacious, and spotless. "Las facilites de la cabaña estaban muy bien. La vista desde la cabaña un sueño. Los amenities eran pobres. Sólo tenían jabón líquido de manos y en la ducha, shower gel y un 2 en 1 de acondicionador y shampoo. No había shower cup ni ningún otro amenitie.
