"This is a really nice place to stay, Nicole was very friendly and the breakfast was great!"

"Great place to stay! The location is excellent as well. We enjoyed the breakfast which included scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, juice and coffee"

"The staff was professional and friendly, and even consulted me with excursions. The breakfast was relatively generous. The place is really close to the main street so there are a lot of restaurants, bars and places to go out nearby."

"We loved it! The cabin was the perfect mix of cozy and rustic, while being very clean and up-to-date. We loved getting the breakfast and having a view of the volcano. Christian was incredibly helpful to us in figuring out our plans. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend."

"View of the lake was beautiful and the hotel location was exactly what we were looking for. Place was clean and staff was very nice. "

"Two things made this place a solid choice for us. First, the location is amazing - a few blocks from the lake, and very close to the downtown restaurants, etc. Second, Nahir (who worked there and greeted us) was incredibly kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and to assist in every way she could. The place itself is quite rustic - we were there in late fall and it was a bit hard to stay warm in the cabin. At night it was okay, but in the afternoons we were...

"Great lake side view and garden like environment. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Could stay for several days as vacation "

"Very activity focused, friendly staff, great food and very unkept property"

"Breakfast menu was great and there's a supermarket nearby "

"Beautiful well appointed thought throw cabin with amazing view of the lake "

"Excellent, only problem was a noisy guest from the room next door."

"Beautiful lodge with very helpful staff. "

"The host was extremely sweet and the apartment fit our needs perfectly!"

"We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"Everything was amazing. "

"The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellant. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side but very comfortable."

"Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card."
