"Clean rooms, gorgeous view from roof deck, convenient location close to Balboa Park. This is a time share with a sales crew that is always lingering and hosting sales pitches. I would not have booked this hotel if I would have known that."

"we book through Expedia. AWEFUL Customer service between Expedia and Peacock. Both gave the run around 10+ times and in the end, they kept our m00ne$. My co workers had the same. VERY VERY dissapointing. Horrible customers service "
