"It was so busy in Banff and we couldn't find parking. The hotel provided us with bus passes and the bus stop was right beside the resort. Sitting on the deck to have morning coffee was beautiful. It was nice to have the hot tub also. The rooms are lovely, clean and the shampoo/conditioner are from a local company, which is great."
