"I booked almost a month ago and when I got there the room had no air conditioning because they were working on it. They didn’t bother calling or texting to let me know, after a whole day of hiking, it was late evening when I was checking in. No other hotels were available, in the area since it was a small town. They had the window open for ventilation and the room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear even the hanger being placed in the room next door."
"Bora Hotel is a great choice, especially for guests traveling with an electric car. One of the biggest advantages is the electric vehicle charging station, which makes the stay very convenient and stress-free.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are cozy and offer everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which really adds to the overall experience."

"Location is perfect, right next to Berat Castle. Staff was fantastic-helpful and kind. Breakfast was included and very good. I highly recommend this hotel"
"An absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Everything was perfect, from the delicious homemade meals to the stunning mountain views. The genuine hospitality of Aurora, Eleana, and their family made our first trip to Albania even more special. We couldn’t recommend this place enough; do not hesitate to book! ❤️"
