"The room was fine. I was disappointed they don’t have coffee makers or hair dryers in the room anymore. Also the handle on the shower fell off when I turned on the water. Also the tub was a little rusty and needs refinishing. The night shift guy was very nice as well the morning girl but when ask about a hair dryer I was told they will bring it right up. I waited an hour and just didn’t worry about it."

"Clean property and excellent customer service. Beautiful room and clean bathroom. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because we overslept. But alot of eating places and entertainment is not far away. Everything is right there. Excellent location."

"This was the perfect stay for my family. The service from each staff member was amazing from the moment we entered the doors. The rooms were clean and every need was met. The layout, location and amenities of the hotel was created where once you park your vehicle you wouldn't need it again until it's time to check out. I highly recommend Embassy Suites and I know you will too."

"The staff was amazing. There was a stain on our comforter and I reported it to the front desk. It looked as if maybe it hadn’t been changed out from the previous guest. The manager came right away and changed out both comforters/sheets and was very apologetic. That was our only mishap. There was construction going on, but we didn’t hear it. Breakfast was also very good. I would stay again."

"The room smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. There was a dehumidifier that stayed on all night long and then at 5 o’clock in the morning it beeped to notified us that it was full. The doors and walls need to be wiped down. The bedding had stains on it. I would definitely not recommend."
