"FROZEN MICROWAVE!... NOT FRESH!... THE ONE MATTRESS ON THE BED WAS WORN OUT!... NEVER AGAIN! JON WILLARD MARRIOT WOULD NOT APPRECIATE THE CONDITION OF THE BED!"

"Returned for our second spring break trip, hotel was as good as we’d remembered. Additional pool and pool lounging area was great. Very relaxing stay."

"Unfortunately, breakfast ends at 9 am on weekends. I think that is a little silly. When I came down around 8:45, there was almost no food. The breakfast staff told me that she normally quits cooking at 8:40 and it is first come first served but she would cook some more food just for me. I really appreciate her willingness as there were at least 10 travelers that came in after me. I think it would be a good idea to extend the breakfast to 9:30 or 10 on weekends. "

We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace."

"The room was amazing. Our room was next to the elevator and we didn’t hear a thing. Also the ice machine and drink machine was there as well, but it was enclosed glass door, very elegant how it was set up. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Ooohhh we were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We also ate at the Fire Steakhouse at the Casino downstairs. We had a fabulous time. Everyone at this Resort were very attentive and helpful Thank you. "

"Softest sheets ever. Very charming room. The free breakfast was a nice touch. It’s bacon and eggs basically. If you want to order off the menu you get a discount but cofee is not included in that case. A little nickle and dimey imho. I was in room 12 which is very close to the interstate highway. I would try to get a room further away so it’s less noisy. Overall, very charming property"

"Lovely historic property in downtown Mobile so the location is great. Recently updated room, very clean, nice quality linens. Unfortunately my room had no hot water at all. Water pressure was awesome, just very cold. I left hot water valve open for a while, hoping for at least Luke warm - nope, just cold water. "
