"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"This has to be one of my all time favourite hotels I’ve stayed in , in England . Firstly the staff were so friendly and will do anything for you . The location of the hotel is close enough to town but far enough away for peace and quiet . The room was massive and more than sufficient and I got 2 great nights sleep and the breakfast was fantastic . This is a park run friendly hotel and is approx one mile away from chalkwell beach park run Excellent place , will recommend and I will stay again Thank you"
