"The room was clean, overall the place is very nice though the elevator was not working so we have to carry our luggage through the stairs. We didn’t able to enjoy the balcony view because the smokers were there blowing cigarettes. The lady in the front desk was kind of dismissive with a tone on her voice. We arrived an hour early and told me that she can check us in for $40 otherwise you have to come back later. I asked her if she can pre check in us that way when we come back we don’t have to...
