"This is a busy hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years. The hotel is starting to show signs of wear. Our room had many patches on the walls that were unpainted. The bathroom amenities were missing and the kitchen utensils were also missing. Staff was happy to give replacements though."

A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. "Upon check-in the agent was very welcoming and provided great suggestions for places to eat. It was Explained to us there was no pool but we were provided pool passes to their local rec facility. We required an extra pillow and the front agent had it to us in no time. This hotel offers mini kitchenettes in ALL their rooms: fridge, freezer, microwave, stove top. "The location of the hotel is right beside the Pasqua hospital. They have a better rate if you have someone in the hospital and are really good with accommodating your time based on doctors decisions. We didn’t really use the amenities but the complimentary breakfast was excellent. "

I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found.
