"Old property. Worn out carpets and closet doors cannot close because of several layers of paint. Over painting is not going to help improve this hotel. Everything looks from the 1980s. Good location and reasonable rates."

"The Front desk staff member was less than welcoming, especially compared to all other Hilton Hotels we have enjoyed. He was hunched over a nearby bar counter and wondered over after we arrived at a vacant check-in desk, then muttered an unenthusiastic welcome. The same experience with him at checkout. Otherwise, the hotel was very good."

"Great place and happen to be there during the 100th anniversary of Pontiac, which is cool. I have to say their breakfast, even though it was a standard buffet, was super high-quality. I usually skip the breakfast buffet, but this place was worth it. Not only that there’s a great Mexican restaurant walking distance from it."

"Very poorly maintained. We booked two rooms are they were far apart. One of the rooms was right in front of a wedding. There was water leaking down the front of the door. The bathroom door couldn't shut. The patio we oasis extra for was inside the lobby not ann exterior patio. The hot tub was broken and just an overall bad stay!"
