My issues were with the fact you claim to have shuttle service which is why we booked with you and then found out we actually did not because your shuttle is a small mini van with only a couple seats and you have to be the first to check in to get on the list. Also the shuttle from airport was very uncomfortable and warn out. Do not claim to have shuttle service when you pretty much do not. Your check in staff seemed not to care at all. Which it is...

"Just came off a cruise and wanted some down time. Perfect location, close to the beach and a very large room. Felix, who was on duty, was extremely helpful with extra washcloths and a blanket. I plan to stay there again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC was easy to regulate. They have a large pool (which we didn't use). The main drawback was that there was no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. There were no clothes hangers or much of a place to use them. I guess people who go to beach areas don't need to hang up their clothes and go to the shower in the nude."
