"Good hotel for the price!"

"This resort is beautiful and it feels like you’re at home. The front desk staff were so professional & friendly. The food & drinks at their restaurant, Back Table, was delicious. Their breakfast buffet has everything that you could ever dream of eating from a buffet. I love the location too. The resort is a hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed. Make sure you book the room with a balcony view facing the golf course. "

"The room was good bed was very comfortable. My issues were with the fact you claim to have shuttle service which is why we booked with you and then found out we actually did not because your shuttle is a small mini van with only a couple seats and you have to be the first to check in to get on the list. Also the shuttle from airport was very uncomfortable and warn out. Do not claim to have shuttle service when you pretty much do not. Your check in staff seemed not to care at all. Which it is not her fault you mislead people with that as a selling point and they get to deal with the unhappy customers."

"Had to run water for at least 30 minutes to get warm, the last day it never warmed up"

"The check in process was horrible because they could not find our reservation. When they did it was charged to a card that did not belong to us. The air conditioning system was deplorable in the hallways. It was our niece's college graduation and we referred all family members to that hotel. They ALL had check in issues. We did not even stay at the hotel because it was such a hassle and we still got charged. The parking garage broke the rack on our SUV and the parking meter did not work in the underground garage. We finally paid $40 after a huge hassle at the front desk. The rooms were not well taken care of and the staff was untrained and overworked because they lacked decorum in difficult situations. Hilton has lapsed in its service and its quality. The Doubletree Greenway Plaza needs a full makeover and better management."

"I loved the Koi fish. I stayed there just because you'll head coi fish. I love them and anytime the hotel has them and that's where I'll stay and the coffee and the coffee shop area where the pastries and snacks were was great!"

"The rooms are clean for the most part , I wouldn’t say they’re paying attention to every little detail. There was hair through out our restroom, and a stained bed skirt."

"I was thoroughly impressed with this property and my stay at the San Luis resort! The property entry way leading to the front desk area is absolutely stunning! We enjoyed being out by the pool nightly by the fire pit. The staff was extremely friendly, however we absolutely loved the hospitality from pool bartender Lacey and pool help Ryder, and also Bistro morning server, Shakira! They were awesome and made the stay even better. You have to try Lacey’s piña colada, chef’s kiss and the Bistro homemade cinnamon rolls. We will most definitely be returning for a longer stay this year!"
