"I loved my stay here. The room was so clean and modern. The a/c was nice and cold too. The breakfast was great with lots of options. It is in a wonderful spot near the Seawall. Just a short walk to the Pleasure Pier. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Great clean newly built place. The AC leaked the first night and they moved us to a new room for the rest of our stay. Great place but the breakfast options were atrocious. Juice, bread, stale pastry and oatmeal packets. None of it was fresh. I would have loved to see something fresh just to cut through basically bread. We will stay here again but know we will not get breakfast"

"I loved the location and the staff was nice. However, the hallwall on the 2nd floor were filthy. I ask for someone to vacuum when we got there and the carpet were never touched. The room was spacious, but the floor was very uneven."

"New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!! For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark."

"I requested a king size room with an ocean view. I got a room that looked out on the other hotel and if you lean out and turn you can kind of see the ocean. If you want an ocean view you should request the pool view that looks out on the ocean. The hotel was right across the road from the ocean which is what I wanted so I was happy with the hotel. Food was what you would expect for this price and the gym was okay."

"The AI or 3rd party. Hotel was booked for 2 nights and and I had proof. The hotel employee booked the 2nd night for me again. AI generated voice is horrible I rather speak to a Human being."

"Paid a cash deposit, front desk came back and said the room smelled of smoke. No one smokes. When I mentioned it he shrugged, clapped his hands together and said well it does we can’t give you your deposit back. There was no talking, no listening about the people we saw walking around the property smoking. He didn’t care. So rude and dismissive."

"We stayed here Saturday June 13th. Unfortunately there is a “culture “ of entitlement developing at this particular location. The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service. Then we went to the main floor bar where we learned there is no wait staff, which is fine but where to stand at...

"The room had a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. It was great having a freezer. But, there were no dishes. There was a stove top, but no pots or pans. The front desk said they removed all that during COVID. My car battery was dead one morning and the front desk had no jumper cables. The handicap accessible rooms are the farthest ones from the elevator. On every stay, the second floor smelled like marijuana. Some guys smoked in their vehicle or in the far corner of the parking lot....

"If you are ok with a Harley Davidson with LOUD straight pipes on the sidewalk owned by a rude man living there then it’s a great place. However if you park in “ his “ ramp ( handicap parking) then it’s not a good place. Lost 3 nights of business from me because I didn’t feel safe from retaliation."
